Position Summary:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Runner is responsible for supporting the Night Team with guest requests, hourly property walks, ensuring public spaces are open/closed on time, and assisting with safety procedures at Eldorado Resort.

Position Summary:
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Runner is responsible for supporting the Night Team with guest requests, hourly property walks, ensuring public spaces are open/closed on time, and assisting with safety procedures at Eldorado Resort.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
- Hourly property walks of all spaces
- Identify and report any safety or security risks
- Lock up areas on property when they close
- Check doors to ensure they remain locked overnight
- Support Night Auditors with guest requests
- Support Night Auditors with guest concerns or issues if they arise
- Check to ensure public areas are stocked and ready for guests
- Open fitness centre and other Resort areas each morning
- Prepare lobby coffee stations each morning
- Assist Night Auditors with any emergency procedures if they arise
- Follow hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety policies and procedures
- Assist other departments and employees wherever necessary
- All other duties as assigned

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Able to learn and execute all emergency procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality is an asset
- Current first aid certification required
- Available to work nights (11pm-7am) on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
