Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Seasonal Maintenance Person will assist the maintenance team with a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of Eldorado Resort.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Seasonal Maintenance Person will assist the maintenance team with a variety of hands-on tasks to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of Eldorado Resort.
What will you be doing?
- Assist with preventative maintenance, renovation projects, and upgrades
- Perform grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks to maintain outdoor esthetics
- Move furniture and appliances as needed
- General painting and touch-ups
- Be professional when interacting with guests and co-workers
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Other tasks as assigned
- Positive attitude and high self-motivation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn the equipment, tools, and methods used in grounds work, landscaping, and painting
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Level 1 first aid certification preferred
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings and afternoons, any day of the week
